Enhancement Manager (Landscape Operations)

We are growing and have a great opportunity for a Landscape Enhancement Manager to join our Team. This role is responsible for managing the enhancement crews, landscape crews and working with Maintenance Account Managers. The Enhancement Manager reports to the General Manager, has a strong work ethic and enjoys interacting with our people and clients.
Sunrise Landscape has multiple locations throughout Florida and this role will be located in the Greater Tampa area of Ocala, FL
What You Will Do:
- Perform landscape enhancement tasks, including but not limited to installing sod; planting soil, mulch installation, replacement, and/or removal; debris removal, drainage installation; annual color installation and change outs.
- Communicate professionally with clients and address concerns promptly, representing the company in a competent, professional manner. Escalate issues to supervisor as appropriate.
- Assign tasks to crews consistent with safety, quality, and professional development goals.
- Oversee individual Crew Member work product to ensure tasks are carried out according to project specifications; and safety standards are observed at all times.
- Direct Crew Members in the safe and efficient use of appropriate irrigation landscape enhancement tools, equipment, and materials. Work alongside crew to ensure completion of project specifications.
- Assist in daily preparation of assigned tasks by loading tools and equipment, fuel equipment, or performing other duties as assigned.
- Ensure proper irrigation levels on projects with irrigation installation components, checking for problems, repairing when appropriate, and reporting irrigation issues that require a higher level of expertise to supervisor or the Irrigation team.
- Safe operation of equipment including but not limited to power tools, chippers, stump grinders, riding lawn mowers, bobcats, tractors, bull dozers, and trenchers.
- Manage the performance and development of Crew Members including mobile time tracking technology for crew as needed on each ticket throughout the day. Identify and complete issues for each job as needed within technology. Create issues with photos from site for communicating needs.
- Maintain personal protective equipment (PPE), tools and equipment, and truck/trailer in clean condition; report any repair needs promptly.
Qualifications
• Minimum 4 years landscape enhancement and/or irrigation experience
• Minimum 2 years managing crews
• Software technical expertise in Aspire or other Green Industry tools is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree is a bonus
